"One of Today's Anointed Vocalists", Ronny Mills is

a gifted and accomplished singer/songwriter.  Having demonstrated his musical abilities at a young age and as the son of parents who instilled both family values and the importance of living a Christ-centered life, it was only natural that gospel music would become

his calling. 

 

His projects include WELL DONE, GOSPEL ON THE MOVE, SONGS OF INSPIRATION, THE MINSTREL'S PEN and CHRISTMAS WITH THE MINSTREL.  He, who was nominated for "Male Vocalist of the Year" by the Academy of Gospel Music Awards, have touched the lives of many with his music here and abroad in overseas places like Kampala, Uganda, Cape Town South Africa, Zimbabwe, Belfast, Ireland, London, England and the Philippines.  Ronny has had the esteemed pleasure of sharing the stage with some of gospel's greatest singers: Bishop Walter Hawkins, Edwin Hawkins, Dr. Bobby Jones, Luther Barnes, Twinkie Clark of the famed Clark Sisters, Vickie Winans, and the Mississippi Mass Choir.  It is his desire to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ and encourage the Body of Christ to perfection.

 For those of you who've never attended Dessert By Candlelight , it is a special event that Women of Hope puts together each year. It is a ladies' night out from the hustle and bustle of the season where you can enjoy dessert, laughter, and a concert in a candlelit setting!  This year, we invited Pastor Ronny Mills to come and minister to us through his music. He gave us his testimony and performed some worship songs and Christmas songs. It was such a blessing to have him a part of DBC!
